I am Nanashi, as you can see. Not much else to say. I draw dragons, demons, humans, cats, and occasionally anthro characters.I also draw many other animals. Some of my pictures can be rather dark some are not.
P.S. You watch me, I watch you...just trying to be friendlier than I have been. :3
I need to draw something! I have been suppressing the urge in order to get my homework done and I've been spending a lot of time at the barn over the holidays. And it just hit me, usually I get to do a few very messy sketches in art class, but I haven't been able to do that for the past 3 weeks. I have so many ideas I want to get down on paper, but I don't have a proper surface to draw on since the size of paper I want to use now is a lot bigger. And I broke the mirror I used to use as a drawing board. Yes, I used a mirror as a drawing board. Because I can't afford to buy one with college coming up so soon.
This year, for the first time in a while, December was a good month for me. It seems like, for the past years, either me or someone else has done something stupid to ruin the holidays.I looooove how intelligent people can be.
Holy shit I'm graduating in January, I think I will throw a party and do a crazy dance. Then finish the dragon, which is almost completed.Speaking of the dragon, it has been an uphill battle to get that stupid f****** mural finished. I've had students and teachers threaten to paint over it, when the at department can't even supply the paint I need to get it finished. And do you know how much of a pain in the ass it is to paint on bumpy bricks? Then there's idiotic kids who walk buy, see me painting, then proceed to ask if the paint is wet. Hello!!!!! I am painting at this moment which usually implies that the paint is wet. Duh! They then proceed to touch the mural, just to make sure I'm telling the truth, smudging and blending together what I've just been working on. People walk into it, drag their grubby little hands through it. I have to set up a barricade of tables so everyone has to go around it, this usually results in me being cussed at and complained about. But I'd rather have that then them ruining my work in progress. Thank goodness though, that the paint I do have is heavy-duty. Once it's dry, it's basically indestructible. In the end though, I really enjoy painting the dragon and I'm looking forward to seeing it look good when it's finished despite the challenges of getting it there.
In other news, it was really cold out yesterday and the horses went insane. Jojo, the poky bomb-proof pony bolted in the arena and the little kid that was riding her fell off. They were all crazy! Including the draft crosses.
Did you know that the ingredient powdered cellulose in dog and cat food is just a fancy word for saw dust. Mmmmmm mmmmm I love saw dust. And I always see wolves and cats in the wild eating trees. it's a very important part of their diets. *SARCASM*
My advice of the day: Read ingredient lists and become educated on what those ingredients actually are. Do a bit of research, choose not to be an ignorant fool and do something good for your body for a change.
